No, because our “Wheelie Kleen Machine” is fully self contained and we clean your bin on the day it gets emptied by Clean Away, there is no need for you to be present. This also means that there is minimal disruption to your home or workplace, all we ask is that you leave your bin out and empty until we arrive!! We will also where possible return your bins to there designated area once they are clean!

We will email you an invoice after the bins are cleaned and you can pay by EFT or using our “stripe “facility, you can also pay for a block of 6 or 12 cleans if this makes it easier or we can set up automated Ezidebit payment.

We try very hard to time our runs after the bins have been emptied, but sometimes the rubbish trucks can run behind. As we rely on rubbish trucks to run on time, sometimes we may have to push bin cleaning back to the next morning.
